Obstacle completion is when the athlete passes the finish platform. Disallowed: 1. Any part of body contacts the ground. 2. Not stepping on both platforms. 3. Crossing into the other lane.

Obstacle completion is when the athlete hits the bell with their hand, arm, or other part of their upper body. Disallowed: 1. Any part of body contacts the ground or support padding. 2. Use of any support structure or padding for assistance. 3. Use feet or legs to cross the wheels. 4. Use of feet to hit the bell. 5. Feet or legs above shoulder height at any time. 6. Crossing into the other lane.
Instructions: 1.Climb over wall from one side to the other. 2.Entire body, including both legs must go over the wall. 3.Female: May use assist step/ bar. 4.Obstacle completion is when the athlete lands on the other/ far side of the wall. Disallowed: 1.Use of any support structure or padding for assistance. 2. If part of a competitor’s body passes below the top of the wall (to the side). 3.Crossing into the other lane. 4.Male: Use assist step/ bar.

Use feet or legs to hold the rings. 3. Use of any support structure or padding for assistance. 4. Use of feet to hit the bell. 5. Feet or legs above shoulder height at any time. 6. Crossing into the other lane.

Obstacle completion is when the athlete hits the bell with their hand, arm, or other part of their upper body. Disallowed: 1. Any part of body contacts the ground or support padding. 2. Use feet or legs to hold the rings. 3. Use of any support structure or padding for assistance. 4. Use of feet to hit the bell. 5. Feet or legs above shoulder height at any time. 6. Crossing into the other lane. Climbing hold example: 2-hand juggy hold. Finger boards are not recommended. DO NOT USE HOLDS WITH FINGER ENTRAPMENTS

Instructions: 1. Ascend the wall. 2. Feet and legs must always remain below shoulder height. 3. Obstacle completion is when the athlete pulls hits the button or pulls the lever. Disallowed 1. Feet or legs above shoulder height at any time. 2. Use side or edge of the wall for assistance in any way.
